Charley and Jenn happened on a great parcel of land tucked in a quiet neighborhood outside of Stillwater. While the negotiations were underway, they started working on floorplans and researching wells, septic and other variables for this acreage site. When they met Mark with Main Street, he told them that there would be no obligation, only that he would work to earn their business. He began by redrawing their floorplans, politely explaining that some of the room sizes would need to be revised if they wished to fit a couch in the living room! It was not long before the relationship flourished, and the new home was underway.
